Just about everything. The right location has a restaurant downstairs with excellent food and a full store and the beach is a half a block away. I’m going back on Friday and plan on staying a week or two on the property.

I like everything about the property room was clean. That was big and soft and restaurant was good. Also half a block away from the beach. Highly recommend.

Big, clean and comfortable room. Also very convenient because there is a restaurant with a good selection of good food and a convenience store. It's a 10 minute walk to Alona Beach.Kettle in the room. Free water right by the door.Spacious bathroom.The staff is very nice.

You can ask to have your laundry done but it will take 3 days if you want it dry. Or you can ask for wash only and then it will take one day.Also for fellow solo travelers/backpackers, even though it's a nice place, this is not really where you will find other people like you. During my stay, other customers were mostly men of a certain age with young Filipinas women.It can also be a little noisy at night if there are parties going on in the surrounding accommodations. It stops around 10pm, though.

The room was a little dark but not a big deal

Very nice and comfy room. Very spacious just a step to the pool. Pool also very nice. The restorant also, western cousine and affordable prices. Thank you.

The room is perfect for family and shower heater and swimming pool. Walking distance to Alona beach and restaurants. Easy transportation as well.

Breakfast not included

Room is very clean, staffs are kind. The swimming pool is nice, our kids are happy. The restaurant is very good, we enjoyed the delicious foods from breakfast to dinner. Excellent!

WiFi is not stable but not a big problem.

Quite far away from the beach - no direct path, need to go around.

Everything we need is in this hotel. The hot water and its pressure is the best we ever experienced from other hotels, the swimming pool is very clean and family friendly. The beds are very comfortable and we were able to sleep well. The extra snacks provided for free made my kids very happy. They were happy to provide extra bed for my baby for free too! And the best is the water heater and drinking water provided for free inside the room! And then, the cloth hangers outside is so helpful, because we always.swim everyday! Everything is perfect!

I had everything I needed, good shower, and the pool was good to survive in this crazy heat. It’s 15min walk to center of town.

Was told that I should pay by cash but managed to pay by credit card at the end.

Great value!!. Good location, clean, hot water, AC. Spacious room. Loved the convenience store and the restaurant. Prices were reasonable and often better than other places.

Location is good , quiet and not far away from the beach. Restaurat food is good.

Only accept cash payment but donot keep change that have to get from the restaurant.

This hotel had the best restaurant in town! There were such a variety of items that we ate there for every meal. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were all excellent. Our room was huge with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed having a pool on site. A special thanks to Nika who arranged all of our tours and transportation. She did a wonderful job! Staff are nice and helpful, but the rooms are old and need better maintenance and cleaning.

Great staff, christmas buffet was excellent,

Balcony door would lock - but it was secure the balcony was hard for a burglar to get to. I think it fixed by the time I checked out with no incident.
